3007 Managing Work Site Investigation (1 day)

Description:

This course is designed to provide the participant with comprehensive knowledge to effectively manage a work site investigation.  It offers insight into the corporate obligations regarding incident investigation, including legal liability, due diligence and regulatory compliance.

Course Objectives:

Upon completion of the course, the participant should be familiar with:

  • Corporate obligations and financial implications regarding incident investigations
  • Identifying regulatory and due diligence requirements
  • Understanding the key steps in an investigation process
  • Determining the depth of investigation required
  • Identifying true incident causes
  • Implementing report recommendations

Managing Worksite Investigations
