4009 Effective Claims Management (2 days)

Description:

This two-day course is designed for management, supervisors, and office personnel who are involved in Workers’ Compensation Board claims and Modified Work Programs within the organization/company.

Course Objectives:

The purpose of the course is to familiarize personnel who may be involved in managing claims effectively.  Understanding WCB legislation, modified work programs, company and external reporting forms and requirements, effectively managing a claim, and monitoring the associated costs are all part of an Effective Claims Management program.
